How it works?

01. Send us your moving request with details of the locations involved

02. We'll contact you to review details of your move, including it's complicity, as well as parking availability, heavy items, stairs, narrow hallways. Once confirmed, we'll provide you with an accurate rate

03. We'll schedule your move for a specific date and time window. A $100 deposit is required to secure your spot

04. 2-3 days before your move, we'll contact you to confirm everything is in set. (Please note: changes made less than 24 hours before the move will require a new deposit)

05. On moving day, we'll contact you with our estimated time of arrival

06. Once on site, we'll review the contract, then get to work

07. Once move is complete, we'll close out the contract and calculate your final payment

Locations

The truck fee is $80 which covers one box truck (up to 26 feet) for a full day. There are no additional fees if we start and end the move within approximately 15 miles from downtown Denver. for moves outside of this area, our policy is that we start our time in Denver and stop it once we return in Denver.

For example:

If a customer is moving from Denver to Colorado Springs, the time will begin once we arrive at the customers home and end when return to Denver. The return time is calculated based on driving time, ether estimated through navigation or by adding the drive time.

We'll bring the needed packing materials and equipment with us. Moving blankets are always available at no extra cost, as long as we collect them at the unloading point. If you'd like to keep the blankets - for example, when loading a container (such as a PODS unit) - the blanket cost will simply be added to your final bill.

How you can save

Pack as much as possible in advance. Because we are responsible for any damage to furniture and other property, we require to use of protective packing materials such as blankets and boxes. If you prefer not to use these materials, you may choose to waive our liability for potential damage

Ensure that the elevator/loading dock, parking spot is reserved for us.

Disassemble any furniture that requires break down for moving (bed frames, sofas, large desks).

Can you help us with the move? You're welcome to move smaller items yourself if you'd like. However, for safety and liability reasons, only our movers are permitted to load items into the truck. You may place belongings near the truck, and our team will handle the loading from there.
